Mon has been my trainer since 2015. I like working with him because he makes me do stuff I would not do on my own in the gym. In other words, he pushes me to push myself (while taking care not to beat me up too much). This was especially important after a couple of surgeries requiring much recovery time. Mon helped me recover. This was also true after the gym shut down during the pandemic. I let things go in those months, so bouncing back was not easy, but it was possible by training with Mon. While training with Mon is always a challenge, it’s a good challenge, enjoyable, and the time flies by nearly every time.

Mon is a professional. He is all about his clients, and their well-being; He will teach you how to perform all the exercises correctly, so you do them properly and without injury. He genuinely takes an interest in his clients’ well-being and helps them reach their goals. He does that by listening and communicating with you, continuously reinforcing how you will accomplish the activity to get the best results as you perform each exercise. He watches you as you do each exercise he assigns and tirelessly corrects mistakes and bad habits we have learned in our youth. If you have any injury or pain, he will adjust the activities he has preplanned and helps you with different movements to ease any discomfort you might be experiencing. He knows your limits and will never push you past them. I would strongly recommend him to anyone, young or old. I have been training with Mon for about 9 months and I am very pleased with his service & professionalism. Prior to becoming a client, I had a job that required travel about 75% of the time which put a lot of stress on my mind and body. As typical with traveling and working on a laptop all day, I was experiencing daily neck, shoulder and back discomfort.
Once I began weight training with Mon, this discomfort virtually disappeared. I am now able to sleep comfortably and relieve my stress and pain through stretching and working out. I also changed my body fat composition from 30% to 21% in the first 6 months without any type of restrictive dieting or painful workouts.
One of the best parts of training with Mon is, it’s actually fun. I train 3 days a week and always look forward to our sessions and feel better after.
