Ramoncito earned his personal training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the National Federation of Professional Trainers, and the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association. He is also a certified Pilates instructor from PHI Pilates.

I have been training with Mon (Ramoncito) for over four years. I couldn’t be happier with my results and experience. Despite time limitations, which usually restrict me to working out with Mon just once a week , I have seen great results. My body composition has improved, with my body fat down to 20 percent from over 30 percent. My strength and stamina have improved tremendously. Although we have only been working together for a few months, I feel stronger and am walking taller since training with Mon. Also, my new blood work shows almost normal ranges now, which I think will cause my primary doctor to faint. I never believed I could find a trainer like Mon. Over the last few months, he has taught me the importance of stretching before weight training. Training with Mon led me to feel comfortable doing some light workouts at home, as well. When I arrive at the Center, Mon always greets me or finds me on the treadmill before our appointment. He enquires about my physical status that day, and we train based on that.
