I have been training with Mon (Ramoncito) for over four years. I couldn’t be happier with my results and experience. Despite time limitations, which usually restrict me to working out with Mon just once a week , I have seen great results. My body composition has improved, with my body fat down to 20 percent from over 30 percent. My strength and stamina have improved tremendously. He has helped me tone and strengthen my body through a combination of diverse training methods, including powerlifting, cross-training, bodyweight exercises, and dynamic cardio. Mon has taught me over 100 exercises, while demonstrating proper technique and alignment to ensure a safe, efficient workout. His easygoing personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
