Tom believes in giving each activity “whatever it takes.” Tom creates exercise programs based on the appropriate corrective and performance training techniques. Thomas keeps each session fresh and exciting, never repeating a workout. This helps encourage compliance and maintain interest.
In his free time, Tom enjoys mountain biking and music. He studied music for six years. He likes the challenge of working with a variety of clients to meet their changing needs, the evolving nature of which he compares to composing on the spot.
Tom works to help his clients achieve results on the Exercise Floor that lead to a happy, successful life far beyond the Center’s walls.
