Tom has been my trainer at the Center for the last year and a half. During that time, he introduced me to the mechanics of lifting weights to increase my functional strength in the pool and shape and sculpt various muscle groups. I appreciate his mature approach to lifting and constant concern to protect my back from injury. Outside of our weekly sessions, he has also been available to answer any weight room/workout-related questions. My husband was impressed with Tom, and the results I’ve achieved have made him a regular client, too!
