Tom got me on my way to being in better overall condition and health in general. He has provided excellent guidance and advice on adding a variety of exercises to my program. I now have an extensive repertoire of activities to draw on to keep each trip to the Center fresh and interesting. He also helped keep me going when I was faced with a few minor issues (broken toe and hamstring pull). Finally, he coached me on how to improve my diet. Bravo Tom!
