It has been a little over a year since I started working with Tom, my Personal Trainer, and the experience has been transformative. Having been away from Personal Training since before COVID, I was apprehensive about jumping back into it. As a senior citizen, I had concerns about my shoulder and right foot, which I shared with Tom from the outset. He immediately focused on these issues and set me on a regimen of exercises designed to strengthen those areas. Today, those concerns are just a distant memory.
Through my training with Tom, I have gained substantial strength and confidence. I feel empowered to be the best version of myself physically, and this journey has also significantly impacted my mental fitness. Tom’s approach to training is exceptional; he engages deeply with his clients and possesses an intuitive sense of the right combination of motivation and challenge. He ensures that workouts are both safe and productive.
