Mon has been my trainer for 12 years, and I’m in the best shape of my life, even now at 61. I’ve built strength and endurance thanks to his coaching and guidance. He’s a stickler for proper form, so while I regularly lift heavy, I’ve never gotten hurt by overdoing or using poor form. Mon never sees me as an older woman who needs to go easy.
