Jason is a fantastic trainer and fitness coach who always motivates me to train intensely throughout my workouts. Jason gave me the structure and balance of exercises and information I needed to start my fitness journey. He also knew how to educate me on why doing specific movements and exercises would benefit me and my goals. I am very grateful to him for the strides I have made in my health.
Let me begin by saying that Jason is an amazing trainer – more details to follow. I sought Personal Training for several reasons: 1) My previous gym closed due to Covid; 2) I needed to change my very redundant workout routine, which negatively impacted my motivation; 3) I needed to challenge myself with an enhanced level of exercise to reach my personal fitness goals.
These goals included: dropping body fat and building more muscle, achieving a more defined physique, improving overall physically, and learning proper exercise form to minimize injury, as I’ve had many injuries due to improper form. After doing an initial assessment, Jason quickly identified my strengths and weaknesses and built a program to achieve my aforementioned goals. He worked side-by-side with me through each exercise and adjusted my body mechanics until I demonstrated proper form–thus reducing potential injury. His techniques and demonstrations were invaluable. The new exercises that he provided were an excellent alternative to my typical routine. My motivation to work out greatly improved as I looked forward to going to the gym. I commend Jason for his knowledge and for his talents in being a Personal Trainer. He goes above and beyond in looking for ways to benefit and enhance his clients’ overall health. As I stated in the beginning, Jason is an amazing trainer.

I recently trained with Jason for a few months and wanted to review how he has helped me with my goals. I came to him looking to lose a few extra pounds after being stuck in a bad slump in school and life for a few years, causing me to get pretty overweight. He was attentive to my goals and gave me advice on my diet that really helped me out in the long run. After working with him for a few months, I’m nearly 40 lbs down from where I started, and I am still losing weight. I have also gained a bit more muscle in the meantime. I appreciate his help over the past few months and would be happy to work with him again if I can in the future.
Jason helped me realize having a healthy, fit body is attainable with work and determination. He encourages me to keep moving forward and not quit. He is able to modify exercises mid-workout, if they cause any pain or discomfort. Jason knows how to guide me in stretching properly so I don’t hurt myself. He always follows up after a workout to make sure I am not in pain, and reminds me “soreness” is part of growth. Jason gently challenges me to get the most from every training session so I can become the best mental and physical version of myself. I feel safe with him because he is knowledgeable on exactly how hard to push my muscles without causing harm. For someone like me, who is not a “spring chicken” anymore, this is very important! I highly recommend Jason. He developed a fitness program that is perfect for my abilities and goals.
I was, and largely am, a fitness novice. I lost 260 pounds since starting weight-loss efforts two years ago. I had two weight-loss procedures. I needed to learn my body and muscles, and the movements required to be fit and avoid injury. Jason knows when to challenge, encourage, and educate you. He is engaging, and has a great sense of humor. However, he also is very professional and takes his craft seriously. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to start off things right. I can see the results of our training sessions in my body and my work.
I have been training with Jason for about a month. He has been tremendous in guiding and coaching me towards my wellness goals. I have four herniated discs. I lost feeling in my left thigh, and had burning and tingling in both feet. I also had a brain tumor and needed help with my balance. So far, Jason has helped me regain feeling in my thigh, eliminate the tingling in both feet, and greatly improve my balance. Now, we are focusing on weight loss and muscle strengthening. Jason always makes working out fun. He always smiles and motivates me to do more. He’s a great young man and very intelligent. He will help me reach my goals and do the same for you! Jason created a tailored, thoughtful program that improved my balance and strength. He listened to my goals and patiently explained every exercise. He shared details on how each part of his program would help me meet my goals. Every week is different and organized. He has me lifting weights well beyond what I thought I could do. Jason also has a great sense of humor. His sessions are never boring. I was lucky to be matched up with him as a trainer. Jason is a keeper!
I joined the Center about a year ago. I was fortunate enough to have Jason assigned as my trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He explains each exercise in a simplified, well-informed manner. In a short period of time, I gained strength, stability, and balance from his training expertise.
