Jason created a tailored, thoughtful program that improved my balance and strength. He listened to my goals and patiently explained every exercise. He shared details on how each part of his program would help me meet my goals. Every week is different and organized. He has me lifting weights well beyond what I thought I could do. Jason also has a great sense of humor. His sessions are never boring. I was lucky to be matched up with him as a trainer. Jason is a keeper!
