I was, and largely am, a fitness novice. I lost 260 pounds since starting weight-loss efforts two years ago. I had two weight-loss procedures. I needed to learn my body and muscles, and the movements required to be fit and avoid injury. Jason knows when to challenge, encourage, and educate you. He is engaging, and has a great sense of humor. However, he also is very professional and takes his craft seriously. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to start off things right. I can see the results of our training sessions in my body and my work.
