Her training sessions focus on creating better movement patterns and body awareness to help her clients prevent injuries and build a strong fitness foundation. She is skilled at post-rehabilitation training, most notably for the back and hips. Samantha has helped many clients relieve, and learn how to control, low back discomfort. Having benefited from her own pre- and postpartum training, she loves guiding women through their pregnancy fitness journey to help them achieve their own success.

I started working with Sam a few years ago. I was training for a race and had a nagging injury. She came highly recommended by a friend who swore Sam was the right fit for me. My friend was spot on! Immediately, I knew I was in the hands of a very smart, capable trainer. Sam began by listening closely to where I was struggling. She performed a thorough evaluation of my muscle strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances. Once she determined the issues, she devised a clear plan and we got to work. Sam helped me get stronger in a surprisingly short amount of time. I was able to enjoy training, and successfully complete my race. Now, whenever I sign up for a race, I train with Sam. She knows me. She tailors a training program to keep my body healthy and my mind and spirit happy. In addition to being a great trainer, Sam is a great person. She is positive and remains engaged. I have been training with Sam for over three years. Initially, I was hesitant to hire a trainer. However, she came highly recommended by my husband and daughter who also train with her. After my first session with Sam, I knew I had nothing to fear. She is extremely knowledgeable, and listens to your concerns. She translates this into an enjoyable workout. I look forward to our training sessions twice a week. I think of Sam as an extremely talented, professional trainer, as well as part of our family.
I have been training with Sam for 2.5 years. She is amazing. When I started, I was in the worst shape. I felt weak and unfit. Now, I feel healthy and strong. Sam is patient, calm, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. I began with half-hour sessions, and could barely make it through. Now, I manage 2-hour sessions per week and do great! Feeling strong and confident has helped me in everyday life. I plan to continue with Sam. I expect to get stronger and more fit through the years.
