I have been training with Sam for 2.5 years. She is amazing. When I started, I was in the worst shape. I felt weak and unfit. Now, I feel healthy and strong. Sam is patient, calm, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. I began with half-hour sessions, and could barely make it through. Now, I manage 2-hour sessions per week and do great! Feeling strong and confident has helped me in everyday life. I plan to continue with Sam. I expect to get stronger and more fit through the years. She is a great trainer, and a wonderful, kind person. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be trained by Sam.
