Jeffrey specializes in endurance training for athletes who strive to compete in marathons, ultra-endurance events (distances longer than those of standard marathons), and triathlons. His style includes traditional exercises combined with cutting-edge routines. This allows him to successfully advance clients to their next level of fitness, regardless of age or ability level. Jeffrey studies elite coaches around the world to continuously develop and enhance his programs.
A sports aficionado, Jeffrey’s favorites are swimming, biking, boxing, and running. When not training, he enjoys relaxing with video games or television. He loves outdoor activities, camping, fishing, and hiking.
Fun fact: Jeffrey was an amateur boxer for three years during college. This led him to return to running and, eventually, triathlons. Currently, he is among the top 300 in the world for Ironman triathlon 25-29 year-olds. He is the inaugural New Jersey Olympic distance triathlon state champion for the 25-29 year-old group.
Jeffrey believes the sky is the limit. His dream is to become fast enough to compete in the Olympic trials in marathon or triathlon categories by 2015 or 2019. He works to inspire members to create their own big dream, and helps them make it a reality.
