Why did you go into Personal Training?
I grew up playing all different kinds of sports and was in the Marine Corps, so being fit and staying active has always been a part of my life. Helping members achieve their goals by making fitness a part of their life is why I became a personal trainer.

I have been a Center member since 2015. I joined because it’s important for me to move around as much as possible and watch my weight. I cannot walk. I must use a wheelchair. Throughout my time here, I have had the pleasure of working with three personal trainers. They all have been very helpful in improving my strength, each with different techniques. I love that they have different techniques because I learn how to do things I didn’t think I would be able to do. Currently, I train with Marc. Through his training, I now can do crunches, roll on the mat, and crawl backwards. My legs are stronger by doing more weight-bearing exercises and biking on the NuStep using my legs. Marc makes it fun to workout. Our training sessions go by quickly.
