In his free time, David does his own endurance training, primarily through cycling. He also enjoys weight training, basketball, and football. He likes to watch and play a variety of sports, and unwinds with a good comedy movie. David’s favorite eats: fruit, pasta, and steak.
David strives to determine each client’s favorite activities to create fitness programs that specifically focus on helping performance in that area. His goals on the Fitness Floor include helping people improve their exercise level, and aiding those struggling to get through life’s daily functions.
