Ryan’s Success Stories
Mindi H.
Ryan has been my personal trainer for about five years, and I can honestly say he’s changed my life. When I first started working with him, I was in the worst shape of my life — I had trouble even getting off the couch. Through his expertise and encouragement, Ryan helped me rebuild my strength so I could function again and truly enjoy life. Along the way, we discovered that much of my struggle came from degenerative arthritis in my hip. With his constant support and guidance, I made the decision to have a full hip replacement. Ryan trained me right up to the day of my surgery and was by my side just a week later, helping me safely rebuild my mobility and confidence. His knowledge of rehabilitation and strength training is truly unparalleled. Today, I’m not only pain-free — I’m running again, exploring adventurous hikes, and living with a quality of life I never thought I’d get back. I owe so much of that to Ryan’s dedication, patience, and belief in me.
