Fun Fact:
As a former competitive swimmer, I enjoy swimming as well as resistance training. I also enjoy relaxing in the sun and eating my favorite food, ribeye steak.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I got into Personal Training to share my wealth of knowledge about exercise and foundational health with people who want to live long, healthy lives. I enjoy customizing each program to best fit the client’s goals.
