Although I was never very athletic, I had always been active—until I began moving more slowly, gaining weight, and losing confidence. From my very first session, Jake proved to be the right guide to help me turn things around. He listened, made adjustments when needed, and taught me how to steadily build my reps, increase the weight I could handle, and focus on proper form. Thanks to Jake, I feel so much more confident.
