Personal Training Assistant Manager
Her training sessions focus on creating better movement patterns and body awareness to help her clients prevent injuries and build a strong fitness foundation. She is skilled at post-rehabilitation training, most notably for the back and hips. Samantha has helped many clients relieve, and learn how to control, low back discomfort. Having benefited from her own pre- and postpartum training, she loves guiding women through their pregnancy fitness journey to help them achieve their own success.
