Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science and minor in Psychology from Rutgers University. American Red Cross CPR/AED certified.
I have a background in swimming and track. I specialize in endurance training for improved cardio and decreased time on the track, road, and pool. Plus, functional training and enhancing strength for daily activities.
I can speak four languages, and I am currently studying for dental school.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I view Personal Training as a way to improve people’s daily lives. Helping someone get stronger, fitter, and more confident goes a long way and can improve other aspects of their life. I also view Personal Training as a way to improve my fitness and increase the longevity of my career.
