Work/Field Experience:
Co-Founder and Race Director for KARPATYMAN extreme triathlon in Ukraine since 2021. Conquered Mount Elbrus (5642 m), crossed the Bosphorus (6.5 km), and was a Norseman Finisher.

Jennifer uses various techniques in her fitness programs, including functional movement training, proprioceptive/sensory integration, balance exercises, and Pilates. She is experienced in post-rehabilitation fitness for those with orthopedic issues. Jennifer enjoys working with all age groups; however, seniors hold a special place in her heart.
