Fun Fact:
I was a competitive Masters Rower, training with Princeton National Rowing Association/Mercer and Carnegie Lake Rowing Association for many years. Although no longer competing, I still love training on the erg. You can often find me erging in the weight room.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
Growing up, I was a competitive club and high school swimmer and unofficial pool rat. You could always find me in the pool! In college, I became a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and continued my love for the water by teaching swimming lessons. When my children were young, I added my SwimAmerica teaching certification. I believe learning to swim well is one of the most important things we should all do to ensure our safety in and around the water.
