Why did you go into Personal Training?
After nearly 15 years of playing softball, it wasn’t until the end of my college career that I truly discovered the power of functional movement. I realized that moving the right way could make me feel better after my athletic career than I ever did during it. Today, my body feels stronger and more capable than ever, and my goal is to help others experience that same transformation, no matter their age or stage in life.
