Tom is an excellent trainer! He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness techniques and quickly helped me with a few exercises that eliminated some shoulder pain that I was experiencing before we started training together.
We have worked together for over a year, and Tom helped me meet my goals. Unexpectedly, Tom’s diet advice and coaching helped me easily lose 20 pounds. I am thoroughly pleased with the results and look forward to continuing to train with Tom. I highly recommend him.
