I have had weekly private and semi-private sessions with trainer Swarndeep (Deep) for one and a half years, while my husband also trains privately with Deep twice a week. Deep’s tailored training programs have enabled us to become stronger, fitter, and healthier, and his approach is both challenging and caring. I will be 70 years old in a few months. With Deep’s weight training, I can now deadlift 135 pounds, which is heavier than my body weight. I feel great and energetic.
