I would highly recommend Sheri as a Personal Trainer! My husband is disabled, and I need to transfer him in and out of his wheelchair regularly. Before training with Sheri, my balance and coordination were so poor that I often felt unsafe. Since working with her, my balance, strength, endurance, and coordination have improved significantly. Sheri is patient, attentive, and ensures I perform every exercise correctly. I wouldn’t have achieved this level of fitness without her dedication and guidance.
