After realizing my body fat was high, I started working out with Tom as a New Year’s resolution. After 2-3 months, my body fat dropped significantly, yet I didn’t lose any muscle. Tom helped with the workout and told me how I should eat, track my eating and workout habits, and improve my mental health because stress plays a significant role in my physique. He also helped when I went on a long trip or was too busy to keep up with the same workout routine; he told me what I could do to avoid losing my progress. As everyone knows, getting back to routine after a long break isn’t easy, but he’s given me great motivation to get back quickly. When I got injured, he thought of exercises to keep me in the game, yet not worsening my injury. Those are the help/tips I cannot get working out alone. I have been working out with him for almost 3 years, so that does say a lot. 🙂
