Tom is an excellent trainer. He has helped me navigate a stressful and hectic period of my life by becoming healthier, simplifying how I eat, and managing high cortisol levels. After going through a c-section, being a first-time parent, and having a high-intensity job, Tom has given me the tools to build and sustain muscle mass, lose body fat, and improve my mental health.
