I cannot thank Kelly enough for her expertise, encouragement, and dedication. I wasn’t working out at all during the pandemic and, in early 2023, feeling pretty weak and down on myself, I had an initial conversation with Kelly about Personal Training. She assuaged my concerns and built a program I could succeed at while challenging me to do more. A year later, I can deadlift 200 lbs, and I feel strong and able. I would recommend her to anyone, but particularly people who may be intimidated by the gym or who have had past injuries. She can help you progress while meeting you where you are.
