I recently trained with Jason for a few months and wanted to review how he has helped me with my goals. I came to him looking to lose a few extra pounds after being stuck in a bad slump in school and life for a few years, causing me to get pretty overweight. He was attentive to my goals and gave me advice on my diet that really helped me out in the long run. After working with him for a few months, I’m nearly 40 lbs down from where I started, and I am still losing weight. I have also gained a bit more muscle in the meantime. I appreciate his help over the past few months and would be happy to work with him again if I can in the future.
