I reached out to Jinkei because he is very knowledgeable about boxing technique and drills, and wanted to incorporate a boxing session into my weekly routine. He is very good about addressing technical issues, and giving proper instructions with clear demonstrations on how your body is supposed to move during each drill. The drills he selected were very effective and flowed very well from week to week. I was able to make progress quickly with my conditioning, and my technique improved greatly since the start of training with him. If anyone has an interest for improving their boxing technique, or just enjoys using boxing as a tool for exercise, I highly recommend speaking with Jinkei.
