Lori has been an outstanding trainer. She always asks about our previous sessions, including my body’s response and any issues or concerns I may have. This allows her to more effectively customize my future workouts. Lori always is enthusiastic and encouraging. Each fitness session is different so I’m never bored. She is very creative, continuously adapting the program to meet my needs, especially if I am struggling with an injury. She seeks my input and listens carefully to my responses. Lori is amazing. More important than the specific exercise goals we set, I have learned the healthiest way to move my body when doing every day tasks. I can translate what I learn during our training sessions to my daily activities. Thanks so much, Lori!
