Lisa is absolutely the best personal trainer I ever have worked with. Whether you are looking to run a marathon or slim down, trying just to improve your strength or your overall health, Lisa has the background and commitment to help you succeed. I rapidly improved my strength, flexibility, balance, speed, and core stabilization with her innovative training techniques. I have never gotten results like this from any other trainer. I credit this to Lisa’s understanding of the science of personal training as well as the science of motivation. She is very caring and attentive to my training needs. She is thoroughly prepared at every session. Lisa loves to celebrate your victories, whether they are on the Fitness Floor, at a racing event, or in life. I give her my highest rating.
