“I was the kid who hated gym class in high school. I participated in some sports but didn’t exercise much otherwise. I joined a gym in 2008 to lose weight for my wedding. I took Group Fitness classes, mainly Zumba, to start. One night, BODYJAM was substituted for Zumba and I was hooked. I got certified in 2010 and have been adding more certifications each year.”
