Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in health and exercise science from The College of New Jersey, and his personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. He is also a certified exercise physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine.
His fitness sessions focus on strengthening and conditioning exercises. He is skilled at providing sport performance training. Chris also helps his clients accomplish and maintain a healthy body weight.
