Join Ryan Wilkins for his new Small Group Training class Flight School. Demos will be held Monday, September 21 and Monday, September 28 from 10:00am-11:00am, and also from 6:30pm-7:30pm. The official class will begin in the beginning of October.
Flight School will be a combination of Kinesis®, plyometrics, bodyweight and kettlebell exercises. It will be a full circuit workout focusing on core stability, mobility, and cardio. The demo will be held at the Kinesis® wall.
