Bio:

Personal Trainer Laurie Schultz is a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist through the International Sports Sciences Association. She is certified as a Group Fitness instructor through Les MillsTM to teach BODYCOMBAT, CXWORX, and BODYVIVE. Laurie earned certification through Silver Sneakers as a senior adult fitness specialist.

Her expertise is in functional and agility training to help improve every day mobility and stamina. Laurie also is skilled at creating boot camp training programs for those looking to blast calories and build muscle. She enjoys working with all age groups, from young adults to advanced ages. She also specializes in helping train for running events. Her experience in Group Fitness, and with training SWAT teams, gives her the perfect background for Small Group Training. Consider Laurie when looking to exercise with a few friends.

Her successes include helping members lose weight, gain muscle and strength, and achieve a better level of fitness. She makes workouts fun and engaging. Laurie believes it is never too late to start a fitness journey, whether you want to run a marathon or be able to function better in daily activities. She is excited to help her clients become their best through invigorating fitness programs.
