I have been a member of Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton Center for Health and Wellness for 7 years. I have been supremely satisfied with this excellent facility. The weight room equipment is state of the art and never in disrepair like other gyms. The cardio equipment is very plentiful. I never, ever have to wait for the machine of my choice. And best of all is the staff. They kind, attentive and courteous. I would recommend this fine facility for anybody looking for a place to join!

I joined the Center because it’s important for me to be as mobile as possible and watch my weight. I cannot walk. I must use a wheelchair. Throughout my time here, I have had the pleasure of working with three personal trainers. They have been very helpful in improving my strength, each with different techniques. I love the variety because I learn how to do things I didn’t think I could. I now do crunches, roll on the mat, and crawl backwards. My legs are stronger from doing more weight-bearing exercises and biking on the NuStep.
