N.A.S.M. – C.P.T., A.C.E. Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Health Coach, N.A.S.M. Senior Fitness Specialist, Les Mills Certified BODYPUMP, Tone and Barre Instructor, 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, and Certified Spin Instructor.
Cycling, strength and balance, freestyle strength training, core training, and yoga.
I have two young kids at home. They are my inspiration for staying healthy and active!
Why did you go into Group Fitness Instruction?
I was a member of the Hamilton club for many years and fell in love with fitness after running my first 5K in 2013. When I was expecting my first child, I knew I wanted to turn my passion for fitness into a career, so I could help others the way people at the gym, including my Personal Trainer from RWJ, helped me. I love helping people find their love of movement. I want each class I teach to be a joyful movement experience for members!
