Fun Fact:
I grew up playing basketball, and played at Mercer County Community College.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
My dad would take me to the gym almost every day to play basketball, and I didn’t find much interest in it, until I met my first Personal Trainer. From then on, I found confidence, motivation, and a growing curiosity to improve myself. It became second nature to work out, and now it does more for me mentally than physically.
