I began training with Julia in October 2015. I was nearly 300 pounds. I never exercised in my life. Julia created a personalized training plan to help me accomplish my goals as I approached my fortieth birthday. Training with Julia three days a week has been life-changing. I am stronger, more flexible, and more physically active in every aspect of my life. I lost weight and gained over 35 pounds of lean muscle. My body fat has gone from 42 percent to 24 percent– and continues to decrease. As my body fat decreases and lean muscle increases, my strength and endurance increase as well. I can do exercises I never thought possible. I am the one doing the exercises. However, Julia’s training, coaching, encouragement, and extraordinary skills have made all of this possible. I continue to evolve my fitness goals, always maintaining my original goal of being as healthy as possible. Thanks, Julia!
