WHAT IS IT?

Out of the 40 days participate in any Group Fitness Class or the Daily Fitness Challenge for 30 days and track your progress. A Daily Fitness Challenge is a workout you can do anytime you come to the Center. The workout will be posted on social media and at the Trainers Kiosk. It is something you can add onto your workout or if you are short on time can be your workout for the day. The challenges were designed to take about 15 minutes to complete and are modifiable for all fitness levels. Plus, as an added bonus for challenge participants, a Saturday morning express 30 minute TEAM workout will be offered throughout the duration of the challenge so you have more options to keep you motivated and on track. Save your spot for the team workout by signing up at the Reception Desk.

HOW DO I TRACK?

Once you sign up for the challenge you will receive one tracking sheet. You are responsible for the tracking sheet. It is your responsibility to have it signed off by the Group Fitness Instructor at the end of class or by the Personal Trainer that brings you through the Daily Fitness Challenge. The instructor/trainer must sign off on your tracking sheet the day you took the class or completed the Daily Fitness Challenge. Challenge participants must come to each class on time and stay the duration of the class for it to count as part of the challenge. Make sure before you start the Daily Fitness Challenge you let a Trainer on the floor know so they can sign off once you have completed it.
