Bariatric Wellness – Exercise for Bariatrics – Hamilton, NJ – Mercer County

Learn how to add movement and exercise back into your daily routine to optimize and maintain weight loss.

Each exercise program is based upon your individual needs and goals while utilizing the best available evidence (science) regarding the most effective ways to assist in your weight loss journey.

As changes occur in your health status, team members will adapt the program to meet your individual needs.

This program consists of 16 exercise sessions.
