Leslie Tietjen

Pilates Instructor Leslie wants to share the power of Pilates with Center members. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in health, with a Minor in Spanish, from Pennsylvania State University.

Leslie completed vigorous, comprehensive Pilates training through Balanced Body, including Pilates mat, apparatus, and reformer. She is certified in countless Group Fitness classes, including Brancee, LaBlast®, Bokwa, Brazilian Zouk, and Body Jam. She also is a certified Group Fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, with CPR/AED certification from the Red Cross.

Pilates is Leslie’s fitness passion. She continues to educate herself in this method, specializing in Pilates workouts to improve the body. She believes Pilates can be a helpful post-rehabilitation workout for those overcoming injuries. Her workouts focus on strengthening the core to promote better movement for people of all ages and skill levels, from athletes to the elderly.

By helping members focus on the mind-body connection developed during Pilates workouts, Leslie believes people can enjoy a positive lifelong transformation.
