Beth earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science (now Philadelphia University). She is certified in Pilates reformer, mat, and apparatus through Balanced Body. Currently, she is preparing to take her comprehensive exam, followed by the Pilates Method Alliance exam.
She earned numerous other fitness certifications from a variety of impressive institutions, including the American Council on Exercise, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Aquatic Exercise Association, Mad Dogg Athletics, Spanda Yoga, Ai Chi, Yoqua, Arthritis Foundation, and Silver Sneakers. Beth enjoys participating in fitness workshops to enhance her expertise, such as MS for Aquatics and Aquatic AfterCare.
Her extensive background is an asset to Center members, whether in the Pilates studio or on the Exercise Floor. She is skilled at working one-on-one with her clients as well as captivating an entire class with an invigorating workout.
Beth loves spending free time with her family, walking her dogs, and vacationing with her husband. Fitness is her passion. Her work at the Center is never a job but a mission to help improve lives.
