Ramoncito earned his personal training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the National Federation of Professional Trainers, and the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association. He is also a certified Pilates instructor from PHI Pilates.

I’ve been training with Mon for a little over two years. He is an extraordinary trainer: professional, dedicated, enthusiastic, and fun. I always hated exercise. Remarkably, I keep coming back to the Center for training sessions with Mon because I know it’s doing me good–mentally and physically. In fact, I actually look forward to working out with Mon. Last year, I had arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder. The outcome was not as I hoped. However, Mon helped me strengthen my shoulder and increase my range-of-motion. I have been training with Mon for about 9 months and I am very pleased with his service & professionalism. Prior to becoming a client, I had a job that required travel about 75% of the time which put a lot of stress on my mind and body. As typical with traveling and working on a laptop all day, I was experiencing daily neck, shoulder and back discomfort.
