Mark Souders

Personal Trainer Mark Souders shares extensive experience with Center members. He earned his Associate degree in chemistry from Mercer County Community College, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry from Rutgers University.

He is a certified Group Fitness instructor from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America, and a certified personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Mark is also certified in Aquakinetics, Les Mills™ classes, and Body Training Systems classes. He earned certifications in tabata workouts, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and kettlebells from the National Exercise Trainers Association. He is certified in CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.

Workouts are never boring with the variety Personal Trainer Mark Souders incorporates into every session. He enjoys creating fitness routines for seniors to improve daily movement. He also is skilled at helping members return to exercise after physical therapy. He is patient and compassionate for those needing extra care because of disabilities. With his aquatic training, Mark is able to offer fitness sessions in the pool. His workouts often focus on core strengthening and balance improvement to help athletes as well as those exercising for improved quality-of-life.
