Lori Arimenta

Lori earned her American Council on Exercise personal training certification from Bucks County Community College. She also is certified in TRX suspension training; Delay the Disease, for training those challenged with Parkinson’s, a passionate cause of hers; Functional Movement Screening, Level 1; and Aquakinetics pool training. Lori is a certified water safety instructor through the American Red Cross. Her experience and education at the Center led to her elevated status as a Tier 2 Level trainer.

Lori assures members the ideal approach to fitness with her combination of enthusiasm and skill. She helps the Center’s diverse membership, from beginners to those striving to take fitness to the next level. Her enthusiasm is contagious, as is her motivating spirit. Lori believes you can, if you think you can. She helps increase her clients’ confidence by applying all they have learned to progress each workout.

She is dedicated to helping you believe in yourself and all that can be accomplished through exercise. Lori is excited to guide members as they reach and surpass fitness goals.
