Kevin Thompson

World-class track-and-field athlete Kevin prides himself on discovering the athlete within each member. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business management from East Carolina University, and personal training certification from the International Sports Sciences Association.

As captain of East Carolina University Track and Field 2007- 2009, he facilitated practices and drills, and fostered teamwork and personal bests among teammates. He was recognized by coaches and administration for athletic and academic achievements.

Fun facts: Kevin was ranked eightieth in the world for 200-meter runs, 2011; he qualified for the 2012 Olympic Trials in Jamaica; was world ranked in the 100-meter, 2012; and was a semi-finalist in the 200- meter for World Championship/Olympic Trials, 2011/2012, Jamaica.

Kevin specializes in improving speed and agility for sport performance. He also helps clients achieve weight loss goals and increase strength at any age and skill level.

In his free time, he enjoys movies and bowling.

Kevin thrives on smiles from fitness goals reached.
