Personal Training Manager Ken Steadman is an experienced athlete with an educational background that enhances his fitness expertise. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University with an emphasis in Science and Medicine. During his time at the university, he was a collegiate volleyball player. Ken Steadman also completed an internship there as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Varsity Athletics. Ken is also a stretching specialist, and is certified in Russian Kettlebells and the Functional Movement Screen.
Ken’s background lends him to sports-specific training. He enjoys helping athletes obtain their optimum game condition through high-intensity training. Whether training for a big game, or to perform like a big-game player, Ken creates exercise programs that deliver results.
Ken Steadman enjoys outdoor activities, and often visits the beach during his free time. He likes to spend time relaxing with family and friends, and playing volleyball and basketball.
